The Wisdom Global School, prides itself on a happy workforce of about 75 faculty members and a large support staff of lab assistants, attendants, etc. The school employs competent faculty members qualified to accomplish the mission and goals of the institution.
When determining acceptable qualifications of its faculty, TWGS gives primary consideration to the educational qualifications and also attaches great importance to competence, effectiveness, and capacity, including, related work experiences in the field, professional degrees and certifications, honors and awards, continuous documented excellence in teaching, or other demonstrated competencies and achievements that contribute to effective teaching and student learning outcomes.
Course Offered
The selection of courses at the school level defines students’ future path to success. It is particularly important for the student to understand and analyse their interest and school to offer opportunity to fulfil their academic needs.
TWGS offers Various courses for different stream to serve the students as per his / her calibre and interest for future carrier direction and growth. TWGS also offers guidance and counselling for students to understand all the available options so they can make an insightful decision.
Book List
Better learning can only take place with best teaching aids. One of the pivotal teach aid are Textbooks. Textbooks direct our learners and teachers to set specific goals and also provide guidance to achieve them. They provide a basic framework on which the lesson plans are designed and reinforced.
TWGS selects the books for all grades with extreme care and research to make our students education rich and interesting. Our faculty members are trained to teach in a way so that students learn more than 25% of the contents of Text Book.
Faculty
Teaching faculty at The Wisdom Global School is essential to the learning experience of all students. Many of our teachers live on the campus and all teachers, in and out of the classroom, are actively involved in the co-curricular education offered to each and every student. The teachers and academicians at TWGS represents a vast geography of the country which provides the students a diverse cultural vision. Each faculty member is carefully screened and regularly appraised based on there performance and results. they are also regularly trained and motivated to increase their skill set.
Library
Information is the heartbeat of meaningful learning in school. At TWGS libraries we strive to create a learning environment that empowers students to connect with, engage with and utilize information in meaningful and purposeful ways. Fundamental to this learning environment is the development of a school wide information service where learners have opportunities to access multiple sources and forms of information and the appropriate technologies to do so.
